This Tuesday marks the first coordination meeting for the following world exposition, with Commissioners-General from Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, and delegations from various participating countries.
Portugal's Pavilion will be located in one of the main clusters of the fair, near the Japan pavilion. It will be integrated into the sub-theme "Empowering Lives," which includes the reflection on ocean conservation and sustainable development of marine resources. This will be the focus of Portugal's message. "For the theme of the future society, we believe that the connection to the oceans will be crucial. If we think about the relationship between Portugal and Japan and the relevance that the ocean has for us, and the relevance that we have in the oceans - we have about 50% of the oceanic mass of Europe - we believe that we can make a relevant contribution to Expo Osaka 2025 with this theme," says AICEP CEO.
