The Restaurant
Under the concept of “Atlantic Petiscos” (Atlantic snacks), aligned with Portugal's theme for Expo 2025 Osaka, the restaurant at the Portuguese pavilion will offer a representative selection of Portuguese cuisine and culture. Highlighting the richness and diversity of Portuguese gastronomy, the restaurant promises memorable shared dining experiences. The menu features iconic ingredients such as cod, octopus, olive oil, honey, bread, and traditional pastries.
Accompanied by a selection of Portuguese wines and sparkling wines from various demarcated regions, the "Wine Bar" will host guided tastings and pairings with the culinary offerings.
Benefiting from the pavilion’s prime location, the restaurant will also offer a takeaway option, consisting of a “Lunch Box” for visitors who prefer a light meal in one of the many outdoor spaces at Expo 2025 Osaka, as well as a “Nata Box” – customised packaging featuring the iconic Portuguese pastéis de nata.
The restaurant will provide both indoor and outdoor seating options.
